My experience at Basney BMW was nothin short of great. Basney helped me get into my dream car- a BMW 5 series! The customer service from Shawn over at the Mazda building was awesome and Dean in the finance department was easy and nice to work with! I got a text message from Lisa when my plates were in and I was able to have them shipped to my house and pay for them through their secure payment site-it couldn't have been easier. Having been in the car for 1 month now, it's been an absolute dream. I already am looking forward to purchasing my next car from Basney, and of course it will be a BMW!
